Event Calendar Submission

The Observer welcomes submissions for inclusion in its coming events calendar. There are, however, guidelines for what may be included in the section.
The calendar is open only to non-profit and charitable groups; the listing must be for an event on a specific date and time open and of interest to the public at little or no cost. This excludes any business listings, registration for courses and leagues, annual general meetings, auditions, open houses and the like.
Any event’s inclusion in the bulletin is at the sole discretion of the publisher; submission does not guarantee the item will run.
If your event does not qualify for inclusion, and you have only a minimal budget for promotion, please consider placing an advertisement in the coming events section of the Observer classifieds.
